When Avi was called up on October 7 (for 5 of the next 8 months), his wife, Bazy, became a “Milu-Ima” (a reservist is called a miliumnik). Home with 4 beloved children and an uncountable number of diapers to change, Bazy was one of 70 women in comparable situations in her neighborhood alone. She set out to do something for her neighbors… and her country. Along the way, she became an international online sensation, sharing the comedy and poignancy of real lives “back home” when so many men are at war.
